FarmShare Kitchen: Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups flour
1 1/3 cups oatmeal
1 t. baking soda
1 teas cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cups brown sugar
3/4 cups sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1 lg. egg
1 teas vanilla
3/4 cut chopped nuts
3/4 cup raisins

Cream together butter and sugars. Add other moist and dry ingredients. Bake 350 on greased cookied sheets for 14 - 16 minutes.
