Fall, Glorious Fall

It's been a stunning, golden, beauty of a fall here in Northeast Ohio. While I'm sad to see it end, we could use a little winter. So, today as I dig out my sweaters and hats, I'm taking one more long walk to admire the leaves still hanging onto the trees.

SPELT & SEA SALT

Whole, stone-milled spelt, an ancient grain related to wheat packed with protein and flavor. A perfect partner for your favorite cheeses, hummus, and even peanut butter.

RYE & SEA SALT

A blend of stone-milled rye and spelt with honey, molasses, and a hint of caraway. Delicious on its own, with aged cheeses, or our personal favorite: fresh cream cheese and a slice of smoked salmon.

GOLDEN SPELT & SESAME

The same delicious, nutty spelt with a touch of honey and toasted sesame.
