Le Cracker: Cleveland Heights, Ohio, United States; Le Cracker wholegrain sourdough crackers are handcrafted in Cleveland Heights using Ohio-grown, farmer-milled grains. Our seasonal, made-to-order cheeseboards and gift boxes featuring Le Cracker and Ohio artisan cheeses are available by special order. A life-long love of cheese and crackers dates back to the early years chomping on saltines and Kraft Singles on the Pacific Northwest beaches where I grew up. As a student in France, I discovered my taste buds, a whole world of stinky cheese, and so much more... food with a story, a place and a face. I fell in love with it all and I've never been the same. Life and work has since evolved to explore, support and cultivate local food and community wherever I may be, near or far. Home is now Ohio, a land that deserves a cracker worthy of this fine place and all the delicious cheeses made here. And so, I give you Le Cracker!
