For the Love of Cheese

I'm looking forward working with Kelli Hanley of The Agrarian Collective to offer a fun and romantic  Valentine's Day cheese workshop at the Slovenian Home on February 14 from 7-9:30pm.

I'll be sharing tips for selecting, tasting and enjoying local cheeses and we'll sample the finest dairy products our local, Northeast Ohio cheese makers have to offer. Participants will also have the opportunity sip wine; whip up a seasonal, cheesy Valentine's Day treat; and customize a local cheese board of their very own.  

It will be the perfect evening for lovers and cheese-lovers alike.
