Pearls & Bubbly for 2014








































Why not ring in 2014 with bubbly and some delicious, locally made cheese? I've stocked Luna Bakery Cafe with Lake Erie Pearls, one of my favorite new local products of 2013, and they are perfect for celebrating the new year. Pearls of fresh goat's milk cheese, bathed in rosemary-peppercorn olive oil make for a simple and beautiful appetizer on their own. Or pair them with some fresh pasta for a quick and elegant New Year's eve dinner.
